Huggett Atom Moderator – Airgun Suppressor

This moderator is specifically designed to reduce noise for air rifles up to 16 Joules. With a compact length of 8.9 cm and a diameter of 31 mm, this moderator fits air rifles with a 1/2 UNF thread. The Atom operates on the absorption principle, where sound waves are absorbed by the internal damping material.

Technical specifications

This moderator is made of aluminium and weighs 71 grams. Installation is via 1/2 UNF with a screw attachment. This model is suitable for air rifles in 4.5 mm / .177 and 5.5 mm / .22. We recommend choosing a moderator suitable for at least one calibre larger than the one you are shooting with. This prevents contact between the pellet and the inner wall of the moderator, which could cause damage or deviation.

Use at the shooting range

This moderator is intended for applications such as shooting at the range. Are you using a rifle scope? Make sure to re-zero it with the moderator mounted. A scope that has been zeroed without a moderator will generally show a shift when you use one.
