This trigger unit is an electronic upgrade for your AEG that drastically improves trigger response. The ASTER SE Expert V2 replaces your standard trigger contacts with optical sensors that do not suffer from mechanical wear. With the included Quantum Trigger, you can precisely adjust the trigger sensitivity, from hair-trigger to full movement. The airsoft MOSFET regulates the power supply to your motor while simultaneously protecting your electronics from damage.

Technical specifications

The unit consists of two circuit boards connected by a flexible cable. The main board measures 43.8 x 28.7 x 7.2 mm and weighs only 22.25 grams. The housing is finished in black and features a front wire configuration. The optical trigger sensors detect movement without physical contact, ensuring years of reliability. Power consumption is extremely low: only 23 mA active and 288 µA in standby mode.

Compatibility and application

This trigger unit fits virtually any AEG gearbox and operates with voltages from 3.75 to 12.9 volts. The system supports SSG, DSG, 19-tooth and standard gear sets, plus brushless motors. The ASTER SE Expert V2 is suitable for tech-savvy airsofters who want to program their replica with features such as pre-cocking, active brake and various selector modes. Installation requires basic soldering skills for the motor connections. Using the optional USB-Link or Blu-Link, you can adjust all settings with the Gate Control Station app on your smartphone or computer.
