Technology and optical performance

The aspherical lens with hard coating delivers a clear, undistorted image without colour aberrations. With 1x magnification, you can easily keep both eyes open for maximum situational awareness. The 3 MOA red dot is perfectly sized – small enough for precision work, yet still quick to acquire during dynamic use.

The aluminium housing is built to withstand recoil forces from both air rifles and firearms. The Shockshield™ polymer insert around the lens provides extra protection against scratches and impacts. A CR2016 battery supplies up to 50,000 hours of power, thanks in part to the automatic shut-off after 10 minutes of inactivity.

Mounting and compatibility

Please note: this sight has an other mounting type that differs from the standard Picatinny rail. For mounting on most weapons, you will likely need a specific adapter. Check before purchase whether your setup is compatible with the Defender CCW mounting interface.
