This Nimrod Black Gas is specially developed for use at extremely low temperatures, where standard green gas no longer performs sufficiently. With a pressure of 14 bar (203 psi), this gas provides the necessary power for your GBB replica, even when the temperature drops well below freezing.

What exactly does this gas do?

Black Gas delivers a higher operating pressure than regular green gas, ensuring your airsoft replica continues to perform consistently even in winter conditions. The gas powers the blow-back system and provides the required pressure to fire BBs. Thanks to the increased pressure, gas expansion remains stable even at low temperatures, which is essential for reliable operation of your GBB or GBBR.

Application and compatibility

This airsoft gas is exclusively suitable for Gas Blow Back (GBB) replicas and Gas Blow Back Rifles (GBBR) that are specifically built to handle high pressure gas. Use this gas only when the outside temperature is so low that regular green gas is insufficient—think of temperatures below 5°C. Please note: due to the high pressure, this gas can cause damage to replicas not designed for this pressure.
