Fox Tune Base Over Barrel – Airgun Moderator

This moderator is designed for air rifles and operates on the reflex principle, with part of the moderator fitting over the barrel. Featuring a 1/2 UNF thread and 14 cm length, the Fox Tune Base provides a solid foundation for sound reduction during recreational shooting.

Technical specifications

This moderator is made of aluminium and weighs 116 grams. Installation is via 1/2 UNF with a screw attachment. This model is suitable for air rifles in 5.5 mm / .22. We recommend choosing a moderator that is suitable for at least one calibre larger than the one you are shooting with. This prevents contact between the pellet and the inner wall of the moderator, which could cause damage or deviation.

Application during recreational shooting

This moderator is intended for applications such as recreational shooting at the range. Are you using a rifle scope? Make sure to re-zero your scope with the moderator mounted. A scope zeroed without a moderator will generally show a shift when one is fitted.
