What immediately caught the attention of the Shogun team with this air rifle is the solid build quality and the comfort during shooting. The rubber butt plate noticeably absorbs the recoil, which is especially pleasant at this power level. The wooden stock with checkering provides a firm grip, even during longer shooting sessions. The bolt-action system operates smoothly and the 8-shot airgun magazine cycles without issue.
Technology and performance
This PCP air rifle operates on compressed air with an optimal fill pressure of 232 bar. The 150cc cylinder delivers approximately 20 to 25 shots per fill. With a muzzle velocity of 230 m/s and a barrel length of 470mm, this GAMO achieves an effective range of up to 60 metres. The match barrel ensures excellent precision under various conditions. Use and handling
The bolt-action system of this air rifle feels instantly familiar. The adjustable trigger with single action can be set to your preference. The safety catch is logically positioned and easy to operate. Weighing 3.5 kilograms and with a total length of 113cm, this rifle sits stably on the shoulder. The 11mm dovetail mounting rail allows you to fit a rifle scope of your choice. Please note: a rifle scope is not included.
