During our test at the office and in the field, the quick flipper opening immediately stood out. The knife feels surprisingly light at 114 grams, which is pleasant for prolonged carry. The linerlock engages reliably, although closing it takes some getting used to.

Performance and sharpness of this pocket knife

The 7Cr17MoV steel with a hardness of 58 HRC retains its sharpness well for everyday tasks. This stainless steel is softer than premium steels, but therefore easier to resharpen. The drop point blade of 8.2 cm cuts effortlessly through rope, cardboard, and food. It is less suitable for heavy wood processing.

Grip and ease of use

The black aluminium handle sits comfortably in the hand, although it can feel a bit slippery in wet conditions. The flipper makes one-handed opening intuitive and quick. The linerlock mechanism is solid but requires some thumb strength to unlock.
