The blade made from 1045 Carbon Steel has a blade length of 73 cm and features a Bo-Hi groove. The handle decoration consists of genuine ray skin (Same) with black cotton wrapping. The tsuba is made from zinc-aluminium-bronze with gold paint accents, inspired by 18th-century masters.

With a weight of 1050 grams without sheath, this katana feels substantial. The Bo-Hi groove noticeably improves the balance. On a stand, the black lacquered wood of the saya is beautifully showcased alongside the golden details.
