This HPA engine completely transforms your M4 or M16 AEG into an HPA system. It is a drop-in unit that fits your existing Version 2 gearbox and operates fully mechanically – without batteries or MOSFETs. You replace the entire internals of your AEG and switch to compressed air. The HPA engine provides you with consistent performance and instant trigger response, regardless of temperature or field conditions.

Technical specifications

The Nexxus engine is manufactured from anodised 6061-T6 aluminium with critical components made from 7075 aerospace aluminium. The magnetic trigger system allows you to adjust the trigger weight and travel without tools. The engine operates at 45 to 200 PSI and supports both semi-automatic and full-automatic firing modes. A degassing system and physical safety switch are integrated. The blue finish gives the component a striking appearance in your build.

Compatibility and application

This HPA engine fits standard Version 2.0 gearboxes of M4/M16 platforms and LMG variants. It works with existing hop-up units from Tokyo Marui, VFC, and MaxxModel. Installation requires basic knowledge of gearbox assembly, but is otherwise toolless. The system requires an HPA regulator and hose (sold separately). This engine is intended for players transitioning from AEG to HPA who are seeking consistent performance during longer skirmishes.
