The PrimeVibe Primer Filler from Double Alpha Academy is a vibrating primer tube filler that significantly simplifies the filling of primer tubes. This reloading tool uses adjustable vibrations to automatically orient and feed both large and small primers into tubes. With the advanced controller unit, you can precisely set the vibration frequency between 60.0-99.9 Hz, ensuring a consistent and reliable supply of primers.

Technical features and application

This primer filler operates with a precision CNC-milled aluminium output port that is colour-marked – blue for large primers and red for small primers. The machine processes 100 primers at a time and features four ejection ports that minimise the number of incorrectly oriented primers. The height-adjustable output port prevents primers from turning sideways during the filling process. The device comes with a 12V power adapter (dual-voltage) and operates almost silently.
