This QuickSilver PDW50 air rifle ammunition combines a solid steel core with a polymer jacket for maximum impact. With a caliber of 12.7mm (.50) and a weight of 55.6 grain, these round projectiles are among the heaviest category of projectiles. The hybrid polymer/metal construction ensures optimal energy transfer, specifically developed for CO₂-powered systems from 20 joules upwards.

The unique construction, where the steel ball is perfectly encased by the polymer shell, provides stable flight and consistent performance. These waterproof projectiles retain their shape and weight even in humid conditions. In CO₂-powered systems from 20 joules upwards, they perform excellently at distances up to 50 metres.
