The Shogun team is pleasantly surprised by the solid build quality of this rifle scope. For this price range, you get a surprisingly clear image and the aluminium housing feels robust. The mounting rings are sturdy enough for the recoil pattern of air rifles, and the crosshair reticle is sharply defined without distracting distortion at the edges.

Technology and optical performance

This rifle scope features a 4x magnification with a 28mm objective lens. This means you bring targets four times closer while the 28mm lens allows enough light through for a bright image, even in cloudy weather. The crosshair reticle is classic but effective – no frills, just clear aiming lines. The absence of parallax correction is not an issue at this magnification and application; the rifle scope is set up for typical air rifle distances.

With a length of 27 cm, this rifle scope remains compact enough not to make your air rifle top-heavy. The black matte finish prevents annoying reflections during use.

Mounting and compatibility

This rifle scope is specifically designed for the 11mm Dovetail rail system – the standard for traditional air rifles. The dovetail mount ensures a secure, play-free attachment that is essential for maintaining your zero. Extra convenient: the mounting rings are included, as well as a hex key for installation.

Note: this rifle scope does not fit Picatinny or Weaver rails without an adapter. So please check your rail type before ordering.
