FOX Silencer Tune Damping Fibre – Air Pressure Damping Filling

This damping filling has been specially developed for the FOX Silencer Tune Extender for air rifles. The orange fibre material is placed in the extender to further reduce the noise level. By adding the fibres, the acoustic performance of your moderator-extender combination changes.

Technical specifications

This damping material consists of synthetic fibres in a distinctive orange colour. The filling is specifically designed for the FOX Silencer Tune Extender. Please note: when using these fibres, the maximum energy level drops from 300 to 175 Joules. This means your air rifle must remain below this limit for safe use.

Application during recreational shooting

This damping filling is intended for recreational shooters who wish to adjust their noise level. The fibres absorb part of the expanding air in the extender. Important: always check that your air rifle remains within the 175 Joule limit when using this filling.
