The Shogun team is impressed by the build quality of this Maverick Gen II. It feels robust with its aluminium housing, and the 11 brightness levels make it truly usable from bright daylight to dusk. What stands out in particular is the included quick-detach mount – convenient if you want to quickly switch between different replicas or rifles.

Technology and optical performance

With a 1x magnification and 22mm lens diameter, this red dot sight offers a clear, undistorted image. The red dot is crisp and, thanks to the multiple brightness settings, always clearly visible. The optical system is parallax-free, meaning your target remains exactly where the dot indicates, regardless of your eye position behind the sight.

Mounting and compatibility

This red dot comes with a low mount for Picatinny and Weaver rails. This is standard for airsoft replicas and many PCP air rifles – providing secure attachment and broad compatibility.
