The Inferno Gen 2 Spartan Edition is a drop-in HPA engine that replaces the complete internals of your version 2 gearbox. This HPA conversion kit transforms your AEG into a pneumatic system, eliminating mechanical components such as gears, piston, and motor. The hybrid design with independent poppet and nozzle ensures consistent air supply to your hop-up unit, resulting in more stable BB trajectories. You switch from battery power to HPA when you want more consistency in your shots, need adjustable ROF, or when mechanical wear in your AEG becomes an issue.

Technical specifications

This HPA engine operates with a direct solenoid for the firing mechanism and features an integrated filtered line for clean air supply. The system functions at an input pressure between 60-140 PSI and delivers an output energy of 1-3 Joules, depending on your setup. The ROF is adjustable between 5-35 RPS via the included Spartan Electronics board. The engine has a black finish with the distinctive red Wolverine logo. The kit comes with a US fitting for your HPA line and uses a JST connector for 6-8V battery power for the electronics.

Compatibility and application

This HPA engine is specifically designed for version 2 gearboxes in M4/AR15 replicas. The drop-in installation means you remove the complete gearbox internals and place this engine in the same mounting positions. The kit is compatible with all Wolverine Airsoft electronics for further customisation. Installation requires technical knowledge of gearbox assembly and understanding of HPA systems. For optimal performance, we recommend use with a STORM regulator. Please note that in addition to this engine, you will also need an HPA tank, regulator, and line for a complete HPA setup.
