The Shogun team is impressed by the solid build quality of this Vortex. The operation is surprisingly intuitive – with two simple buttons you switch between the 10 brightness levels and alternate between red and green dot. The design is reminiscent of professional Aimpoint models, but at a much more accessible price. The 4 MOA dot gives you that extra bit of precision without obstructing your view.

Technology and optical performance

With a 1x magnification, this red dot sight provides a natural view without distortion. The 30mm tube diameter ensures a wide field of view and makes the sight compatible with almost all standard mounting rings. The fully multi-coated lenses guarantee a clear image, even in backlight. A CR2 battery delivers between 300 and 5,000 hours of use, depending on your chosen brightness level.
